Our Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb is quite similar to a Boneless Leg and finishes with a deep rich flavor. Juicy and tender, this is an excellent choice for a Lamb Roast. Prepared for easy carving, Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb has the shank and blade bones removed but leaves the flavorful bone leg bone intact.

Preparation Instructions: From thawed. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove roast from packaging and place in roasting pan. Roast uncovered for approximately 1-1.25 hours for medium rare. Most roasts should be cooked to medium rare to medium doneness. If you should desire a less or more done roast, use a meat thermometer.

Turkey Bacon

Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Stove Top: Place bacon slices in a single layer in a skillet. Fry over low heat for 6-8 minutes, depending on desired crispness. Turn bacon occasionally and drain off any accumulated fat. Drain bacon on a paper towel before serving.

Microwave: Place bacon slices in a single layer on a paper towel covered microwave-safe plate. Cover slices with a paper towel. Cook on high: 2 slices for 2-2.5 minutes, 4 slices for 3-3.5 minutes.
